When I opened the Bizhawk EmuHawk or DiscoHawk, it won't work, it said "BizHawk was stopped working." How to open an GBA emulator?

The Windows version I opened DiscoHawk and it said "Bizhawk has stopped working." Then I opened the EmuHawk and there was a fail on C++ 2015 version. When I extract files, what happened with the prereps? Without the prerep, and I extract it, what happens? Is it working?

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but before you use Bizhawk make sure you download and install the prerequisites from here: https://github.com/TASVideos/BizHawk-Prereqs/releases

I opened Princess Rescue on BizHawk and the ROM didn't work.
