Post subject: Bug in YouTube Algorithm forgets videos we watch in history

There's a bug in YouTube's algorithm cause the videos to fail to be added to the viewers' history. That means it might reappear in recommended or up next instead of continue watching or watch again with a progress stripe as expected.
