I'm just letting you know you're competing against this one: [1035] SNES Super Mario All-Stars: Super Mario Bros. 3 "playaround" by Genisto in 1:06:46.28 Which isn't 100% at all, but it's what you'll be up against. Also again like one of your other submissions, hijacked the submission text to add the encode you have on your account.

I just compared part of World 6 with 1035M, and I didn't find this current submission as glitchfesty nor as entertaining.

I also compared a few levels of this with the existing publication, and this one just isn't up to par with the existing one. Still, I appreciate the work that went in to this, and I hope you can take that experience and apply it to another game.

There are no in-depth explanations at all, so this contributor is one for Gruefood.

I've watched about 2 minutes and already I see how suboptimal it is. I know this is a "Glitchfest" run but this just looks like it's trying to go fast with the left+right trick. The other playaround was fun and actually showcased glitches. Also fairly low amount of rerecords so I'm not sure if much effort was put in this (1.7k for over an hour of TAS). This is also the same guy who posted the Gradius TAS with a template description. I don't think he really knows how this site works yet. No vote, but don't give up.

If you (or anyone else) want an idea on a playaround, there's this glitch that allows you to change to any status. I'm not sure if it's possible at the moment without unit RAM (ie. is it possible to get a save file legit with those values by normal play) but if so you could make something different than current runs.
