This is to finished tool-assisted speedrun Arcade with MAME. I first Rerecords Hold F2 Fix Eeprom OK, But is Bug Eeprom BAD. And also the Dash now Jump!

Memory: Judging
Memory: So the optimization seems good even though it supposedly uses a suboptimal character and uses only 2 players instead of 3. I never quite got a clear answer as to how one of the characters is suboptimal and why only two players were used. The suboptimal character usage is an artistic choice anyways. Regarding the amount of players, I cannot find out how quick or entertaining 3 player would be without spending a significant amount of effort re-TASing the game myself. I would encourage future submissions to better explain the characters used and why that amount, but the lack of such explanation is far from worthy of rejection.
The run itself was very entertaining. The game moves extremely quickly for a beat-em-up with quick movement and fast combat reminiscent of TMNT4, another Konami entry in the genre. The audience also really liked the run as well.
Accepting to Moons.

A lot of funny enemies and interesting locations. Yes, it was very entertaining. P.S. Little pigs transform to rugby balls!? This is something new.
I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. Current projects: NES: Tetris "fastest 999999" (improvement, with r57shell) Genesis: Adventures of Batman & Robin (with Truncated); Pocahontas; Comix Zone (improvement); Mickey Mania (improvement); RoboCop versus The Terminator (improvement); Gargoyles (with feos)

American footballs are sometimes called "pigskins."
A hundred years from now, they will gaze upon my work and marvel at my skills but never know my name. And that will be good enough for me.

Which is still ironic considering they never have been commonly made from pig skin (pig bladder maybe, but not commonly the skin). They are now primarily rubber bladders inside cow leather.

what in the world is this game? Just oozing personality out of everything it is made out of! It's almost like everything is a reference or a parody to other fighter games, or just a joke in itself. Incredible music, too. The run itself looked really good, everything moved fast and there was decent variety. Absolutely never slowed down or got even the slightest bit boring. Good stuff.

Absolutely splendid! A pleasure to watch. An obvious yes vote. Speaking of which... did anybody thought of making a TAS of Vendetta? (also known as Crime Fighters 2)? While it's a predecessor, IMO in many regards it's better (for example speaking of the overall fun level ; simply love that game). The TAS would be probably something simply outrageously great (even if I fear most enemies would be skipped by hitting them when they stand on the far side of the screen, throwing them out of it and essentially 'killing' them, tho kill counter doesn't change its value in this case ; this method doesn't work only in the case of bosses (especially the quite deadly all-bosses fight at the very end), as far as I can tell).

Wow! You have followed my advice! Now more people like your work =)
TASing is like making a film: only the best takes are shown in the final movie.

As it seems, MAME-RR doesn't emulate the video output 100% accurately. Here's some footage recorded from an actual arcade cabinet. (mainly for comparison's sake)

Is there specific reason to go with two players instead of three?

Welcome to TASVideos, Mihoru! It is exciting to see you here! You have good taste in arcade games, and this game was a great game choice to TAS. It's fast, funny, and surprising. I look forward to your future TASes! Also, thank you Dimon12321 for suggesting that Mihoru submit this!

This would be great! Or Crime Fighters, for that matter! 4-player groin attack mayhem! :)

Thanks for posting about this, fsvgm777, as this is a pretty common less-than fatal error encountered with games in MAME. Aside from the screen fade transition, did you notice any differences in the graphics?

This video does not use a cabinet, strictly speaking, but the PCB with a SuperGun interface.

Which is the suboptimal character used and why?
[16:36:31] <Mothrayas> I have to say this argument about robot drug usage is a lot more fun than whatever else we have been doing in the past two+ hours
[16:08:10] <BenLubar> a TAS is just the limit of a segmented speedrun as the segment length approaches zero

I'm sorry I don't understand. Let me ask you a different question: "What are the differences between the characters? Why did you choose the characters that you did?"

Memory was more or less asking the difference between how the characters are. This information came from strategywiki. Wade: Balanced/All Rounder. Boris: High Attack. Kyle: High Speed, Low Attack.

You can actually bring all three characters into the game by setting it up in the dip switch mode, which is the reason I was asking why the movie used only 2 players. This was an entertaining run, by the way.
