Post subject: Recording outputs is slighty slow

Hello, First, sorry for my english. I try to libretro games and make outputs into mkv results, but output is slightly slow. I checked mkv outputs using ffmpeg, video frame is 60fps, but I feel almost 80% speed. I used "fbalpha_libretro.dll" Here is output : Link to video but another games that using bizhawk Cores games is fine, only libretro cores game is slow. I don't know how to do.
