Newer rules means that the older one is up for obsoletion.
Have fun judge.
Things that Spikestuff forgot cause they were busy submitting another 5 April Fools TASes at the same time and left it out like a derp.
- Bios: SCPH5501 (NTSC-U bios)
- Matches In-Game Time with Predecessor
- Improves TASTime
- Hardest Difficulty
- Damage to Save Time
- Heavy Luck Manipulation.
Wait. The only thing that's different is the TAStime but the IGT matches... what's up with that?
Like I wrote, fastest IGT is an 8"80 with Yoshi's suicide.
However, new rules implemented last year means it's up for contention.
Why didn't you do No Sound and/or Quick Select?
It was a round behind when up against this movie.
Spikestuff you didn't mention the differences!
Compared to the predecessor there's no pause buffing in the first 2 stages, there's less buffing when later stages are compared.
And Double Suicide is used to help the manipulation and the required amount of pause buffing to reach the 8"80.
This is probably the last time I will look after a speed-oriented Tekken 3.
Farewell IGT Tekken 3.
If this gets accepted I'll finish writing the subtitles as I hit a wall.
If it doesn't get accepted... it won't be completed.
It's still a really repetitive TAS though so its destination is Vault.
