Hi, I wanted to make a TAS of the Gnat attack minigame from Mario Paint in Bizhawk, but the only problem was, I didn't even know how to make a TAS of a game that required a SNES mouse, so how do I do that?

Bizhawk does not support mouse for SNES, you will have to use lsnes for that.

BizHawk does support the SNES Mouse. You can go in the SNES menu while the game is launched and choose mouse as a first or second controller depending if you need the normal controller on some parts.
