Post subject: Possible to use 8Bitdo Retro Receiver for SNES?

I have the 8Bitdo SN30 Gamepad that I use as a bluetooth gamepad in Windows to play in emulators. It also has a receiver (called Retro Receiver for SNES) that plugs into the SNES for wireless play on the console. I thought that since the gamepad was bluetooth, I may be able to use my PC to connect to the receiver in order to control the SNES. I haven't been able to find any info about connecting to the receiver and was hoping someone here would have thought of this as well and may have found something I haven't. The Windows bluetooth connection window doesn't see it when I put it in sync mode and there isn't a lot of info about how to get into the nitty gritty of it like you could in Linux or MacOS.
