i havent found the bizhawk version which has it, and i cant find any info on it online, it's been months already, does anybody know where i can get a PSP emulator iwth rerecording functions? i feel silly asking but i dont know anymore where to look for
TAS i'm interested: megaman series: mmbn1 all chips, mmx3 any% psx glitched fighting games with speed goals in general

PPSSPP has some potential of becoming the first one, but not many people are interested in it in its actual state.
