Would a time attack on this game be interresting? I have managed to do the first 5 stages pretty fast and good-looking. Should I continue? Are there any excisting time attacks?

Yeah it doesn´t look good. Well, I skip the bird catching bit since it´s not necessary. hope that doesn´t make any difference, it saves time though ;P

I think you should catch the bird, otherwise all you have to do is start the bonus and fall down off the screen.

Yeah. That is what I have done. But it´s not necessary to catch the bird.. But ok, I see the problem.. It might not look good to fall down at every level but it saves much time.. And catching the bird is exactly the same in every stage. Atleast the stages are not the exact same.. Well.. with no bird catched at all I ended mountain 32 with a time of 13:34. That´s 37 minutes (I think) faster then the unknown authors movie.. Edit: Time with no bird catched was 13:34. And I redid the end so I catched the bird on mountain 32 and that gave me a time of 13:47

A completed movie in better time is definitely worth a gander ;) I'd be interested to see it. Seeing increasing-quality is always welcomed by the senses.

Just checked the unknown guys run.. or part of it.. Uhm, ok he might be skilled due to the facts that he only has used 85 re-records. But it looks pretty boring. And this issue with the bird. I think I did the right thing that skipped that part. Nothing really happens up there and as mentioned it just wastes time.

Sorry for being so repetitive and so on. But I came up with some ideas to perhaps make my run a little faster. But before I start I will have some guidelines for this game.. If I skip _ALL_ bonus parts I can end it somewhere around 13 minutes. If I do all the bonus parts I guess I could end it around 22 minutes or something.. But what do you guys think about skipping all bonus levels but do the last one? As an end of the movie it could be cool to catch the bird at the last mountain. So what do you think?

I think speed is of the essence! If there is no way for u to get the bonus without slowing down the run I think u should skip it. But that's me. =) However, just catching the last bird for the hell of it sounds ok.

Wee finally some feedback! Thanks Morg! However I talked to Bisqwit and he thought that I should grab the bird on every level. Perhaps this is true cus it might seem to be unskilled to just drop down at every bonus level. Well ;) I'll do that run to, with catching bird on all 32 levels, and then it´s up for someone else to decide which course that is the best.

Im done. With all birds catched I ended with a time of 21:52. It´s about 28-30 minutes something better then the unknown guys run. But it might be that he is more skilled at this game then me, cus he used only 85 re-records ;P

I guess this would just be really boring in the long round... But have anyone consider it? Cuz the levels that comes later on in the game isn't fairly easy to master :)

no offence to the person who did this run, but i found so unbelieveably boring. its not your fault, its just a bad game IMO. after the first 5 levels i could'nt stand it anymore and i had to quit the movie.

did u know that that white creature that rebuilds the ice is actually a penguin on the jap version? why did they put the white snowman on the usa ver? personally i had never seen it till the run, and i think the penguin looks better heh
