In this game, it have 256 frames rule in each bonus level. This frame rule is related to the global time. We have made a few improvements in some levels, plus the luck control at the reward level, we have improved 256 frames in the first three bonus levels. Plus the improvement of the last three levels, the final improvement value is 799 frames.

feos: Claiming for judging.
Thanks to the reviewers too, and to answer nymx's concern about when this movie should end, the previous author answered it in this post, and guides on GameFAQs agree: the game loops levels 4 through 12.

Writing a description is more difficult than TAS. We decided to add it later.

I used to watch speed runs of this game by Rodrigo, and this is a great game to see TASed. I'm also happy to see an improvement over the previous publication of 799 frames. I'll be reviewing this run, hopefully by the weekend...but looks to be a great piece of work. GG! Yes vote.
I recently discovered that if you haven't reached a level of frustration with TASing any game, then you haven't done your due diligence. ---- SOYZA: Are you playing a game? NYMX: I'm not playing a game, I'm TASing. SOYZA: Oh...so its not a game...Its for real? ---- Anybody got a Quantum computer I can borrow for 20 minutes? Nevermind...eien's 64 core machine will do. :) ---- BOTing will be the end of all games. --NYMX

Reviewing... First off...the movie syncs all the way to the end for me. Second, I have analyzed the improvements made over #4813: Weegeechan's NES Balloon Fight in 02:39.62 and the most notable differences are the control of RNG on the balloon bonus levels. In fact it is quite impressive to see just how fast the bonus levels are now completed. As for all other aspects, the normal rounds...aiqiyou edges them out (on most), but I do not have a count on level improvements (I usually like to do so with a lua script, and might later...but I have so many things I have to do in life). Because I was a follower of Rodrigo (on twitch), I was drawn into this game. Personally, I have tried it and it is rather difficult to control. So, TASing this games has been a treat to watch and this is very good work. Since the previous TAS also stops after completing Phase 12, I can understand why this also follow suit. My only concern is how the rules apply in this area for unique content. I am curious on the judge's comments on how the new rules apply to the stopping point of this game. Looking past phase 12, content is different...but I will just leave it at that and watch for judgment. Great work!

I've also reviewed this movie. The levels themselves do not seem like they offer much room for experimentation due to how the game polls input. It only seems to check every 9 frames, which is why the input for this Movie looks so spaced out. even if you're of by a left or right input, the levels will not be completed, I tried to see if I could time the corner cuts to be a bit more close but sometimes you just can't get it. The Bonus stages also seem to be very well done from my naked eye. I consider this a very well made movie.
