The previous encode (which also was on TVC) was not at 60 FPS (as was the norm back in 2013). This is an updated re-encode that meets today's standards for our YouTube encodes (4K and 60 FPS). Our channel (TASVideosChannel) is sort of an archive of pretty much every publication on this site on YouTube. The older encodes were made with the standards from back in the day and as such may not be at 60 FPS and/or 4K. As such, re-encodes of these may occur.
