Nothing much to say about this. Just a kid's point and click game done frame perfectly.
Something to note, though, is I wonder if there are some frame rule things going on in the house, as when comparing the TAS to the rta run, the time would fluctuate considerably (upwards of .1-.2 at times). I made sure to confirm the losses were in those specific sections, and after I left the house, none of these losses were present anymore.

feos: Claiming for judging.
feos: This game features an insane amount of loading screens, and after cutting them away from the first minute of pure gameplay, I'm seeing that this TAS is 5 seconds quicker than the PS2 RTA record done on console. It's also 33 seconds faster than the PS1 RTA record done on Duckstation. Accepting.

despoa: Processing...
Darkman425: Input file replaced with one that has a fixed cycle count.

I thought no other game would ever top the constant door loading-screens in the Resident Evil franchise... I guess I was wrong.

Does https://www.speedrun.com/blues_clues_blues_big_musical/run/m3309p4m look so much shorter because it was done on PS2 where loading is shorter?
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.
