Beat them up bosses again lol. Opposition is an in-game code that allows entering boss rush mode. Weapon is normal for the entirety of the boss rush, thus compared to the published run, bosses after DNA copying boss are slightly longer.

Well, that is basically it. It is a boss rush mode of the game. Difference from current published run is that some bosses are harder with just regular shots.

Can you explain what the word 'Opposition' means here for the goal? Also from your description, this seems to be better described as "boss rush, regular shot only", right?

Well, Opposition is just an in-game code used to access boss rush mode. It has no other effects.

I don't think regular shot is necessary here to mention as it is the only weapon used in this mode, unlike current published run which gets the upgraded shots (mainly used after the DNA copying boss). Fights are longer a bit but not too much. EDIT: I explained a bit the branch objectives.
