The map design is poor and there are no outstanding weapons. However, this item 2 design is quite good. It can use the wall as thorns for teleportation. It's the first choice to start with.
I took a look at what I had done before and found it completely unappealing. Many of the places were clearly not the best solution, so I had to redo it this time. The final conclusion is that it's okay. Being able to outperform my last time by more than 34 seconds is a relatively significant improvement.

Darkman425: Claiming for judging.
Darkman425: Fixed the encode link in the submission to show up correctly.
There was one small bit I felt was potentially missed. In Heat Man's stage, around the 3 minute mark in the TAS, Item 2 could've been used as an extra platform to jump up from to skip a part of climbing the ladder. This only popped out to me when there was still some weapon energy left for the weapon at the end of the stage. Otherwise this all seems fine and well optimized to me. Nice work!
Accepting to Standard.
Darkman425: Setting this to Delayed while the author works on improvements.
Darkman425: Replacing the input file with an 809 frame improvement by the author and reaccpeting.
fsvgm777: Processing. McBobX is handling the encodes for this one.

I'm inclined to agree. I also found the colors quite garish in many places, though some stages reminded me of other NES games like Legend of Kage. SNES Rainbow Road stage was pretty cool, and good demake of Kirby 64's Aqua Star theme in another stage. I think this hack will find its audience on TVC.

Okay. Every time, I was in a hurry to finish this tas when it was about to end. Cui discovered several areas that could be improved again, which enabled this hack to sub 27. But this is not the end. Areas that can be further improved are still being explored

Would you like me to set this submission to "Delayed" as you find more possible improvements?

okok,I'm starting to make the revisions In the heat man stage, I think I judged correctly from the very beginning. This hack is very fast when climbing stairs. If item 2 is used to assist in climbing stairs, the character's freeze time will slow down this speed. I've tried
