We have a rule about starting from a "Savestate":
Always record new movies from power-on or SaveRAM. Starting from an emulator savestate is normally not allowed.
Starting from a savestate is only allowed in special circumstances, and also requires a form of verification.
Without any valid reason for starting from a "save state", there is no chance of this submission being accepted. So far, we have no context on how this was managed, plus...we have no verification movie file to prove the starting state of this TAS.
Do you have anything to provide that will help out?
Additionally, this submission will be judged according to our "Alternative" classification rules. At this point, there doesn't seem to be enough positive response to warrant an acceptance either. Current voting shows you have 9 "Nos" and 1 "Yes"...which isn't helping.
I recently discovered that if you haven't reached a level of frustration with TASing any game, then you haven't done your due diligence.
