Nice, I've begun copying it. Did you play it on a real console or on a emulator?

I have watched this now. Indeed very great as I assume that there has been no re-recordings or save states to manipulate this movie. Some parts I really held my breath! However.. This site does not publish these kinds of runs. You should send it over to www.speeddemosarchive.com Too bad about the picture quality of the movie. And for crying out loud!! NEVER EVER USE SUCH A CRAPPY SOUND TRACK TO IT! Rather use the in-game sound. Because I felt the trance/dance stuff had nothing to do there. You should perhaps put on a really angry hardcore tune to this baby! :) Anyways. Thanks for the entertainment. Cheers!

I played with Guy (the ninja in the orange clothes) in Mame32 0.72 and on very hard settings.

OK, so you used an emulator. Serious speedrunning sites like Speed Demos Archive will not accept emulated movies. You can post it in this site's speedrun forum for fun, though. By the way, this topic should be in the speedrun forum.

problem with mame is that it's ever changing, maybe fix the problems with final burn alpha.

Not really, unless you have the money to buy a really expensive machine and then take the machine apart and mod VCR recording into it (probably deemed illegal, plus you waste thousands of dollars every time you mess up). I'm sure that no such mod exists. I heard that Twin Galaxies accepts arcade speedruns from a modified version of Final Burn Alpha.

thats for sure that would be way to hard and expensive, emulators are perfect for recordings and fair easy to get online.

Holy crap, I have never seen this degree of ass-kicking in my life. And I all this time I thought Guy was a worthless overrated character. Well, now I'm definitely a believer. Not only did you get through without getting hit once by the ruthless enemies, but you sped through the game like a ninja on crack...which is exactly what Guy is. You should get a medal of honor for charging through angry Andores and Holly Woods ten at a time while coming out unscathed. Clever Sodom strategy, by the way. I hadn't thought of that. Also, any particular reason why you chose the Japanese version? Phew...I'm still in shock. Unbelievable video, man.

Cool video, though I would have preferred if it had the original game soundtrack. Anyway, watching that difficult game being owned like that is awesome. I always thought Capcom's CPS1-2 beat 'em ups were impossible to beat with just one credit. Hey, were those special credits after the ending sequence?
