Use the E-Reader item card to put the SMW Cape in Mario's inventory (maybe maximize the inventory with as many cape's as possible) at the game's beginning, and then race through the game using it. I think we can all agree that a caped Mario blazing through SMB3 would be a site to see! Is anyone up to the task?

I haven't heard of any emulators allowing the reading in of e-cards, so I suppose a hacked save-RAM would do in this case. Just fill up the inventory with feathers, nothing else... Maybe even try to calculate the number of feathers needed ahead of time, and hack in just that amount...that'd look kinda cool. :p EDIT: Oh, and one other thing that might be interesting would be hacking in the red e-switch as well (harder enemies, double points). I suppose you could call it "plays at hardest difficulty"...it'd be something to offset the fact that the Mario Advance versions are a tiny bit easier than the originals. Heh. :)

That would really be awesome and would have my support... But many people here may not like this idea...That's one more reason for me to support it.

I wouldn't like the idea of a TAS of the regular game, since it would just be redundant with the NES versions. However if a hacked SRAM or something else would be accepted to allowa style of gameplay otherwise unattainable in the original or SNES versions then that would give us something new to see, and that I'd support.

I just found out something... There are 2 versions of SMA4-SMB3. Which will be used?

Hey, gotta use the 1.1 version... The 1.0 has some emulation problems.
