Funny subject for my first post... I read that there is no way to get Famtasia working on a mac w/out a PC emulator, but is there any equivalent program to record my own speed runs. I have a few games in mind I have really been meaning to start, but am having an exceedingly difficult time doing so. don't mean to clutter the boards, but any response would be appreciated. thanks, JON

http://www.zophar.net/mac/nes.html There is a set of Nintendo emulators for the Mac, it appears that RockNES, and Nestopia are decent picks, for general NES emulation. Since I am Mac-less, I couldn't tell you if they are decent, or if they offer re-recording support. I've used Nestopia for Win32 and it was a good emulator that I believe had regular recording support, but lacked re-recording, but don't quote me on that. If you are planning on making videos to submit to this site, then you are pretty much out of luck without a x86 PC/PC emulator. The source code to famtasia has been long lost to the sands of time, and FCEU doesn't compile for OS X, due to some bug I believe.
