Since I can't see it, I'm guessing the answer is no. I think Bisqwit is no fan of graphical signatures. I used to have one myself, but it was suddenly removed one day.

Thanks for asking whether it's allowed. However, there's consensus that graphical signatures should not be allowed. The reasoning differs per person, but it's generally considered to be distracting. For this reason, avatars are also limited in size (dimensions and filesize) and smilies are disabled.
