Thanks alot, it will be a life saver for sure. by the by, I found a way to use TAS Movie Editor after reset, and it will speed things up a little bit. Here, just one byte must be changed with a hex editor after the movie is saved with TAS Movie Editor; FE to FF.

Nice find, but I don't know if you'll be able to copy some things....Nobody did the TAS yet... As I recall...

But it will speed up my work if/when I need to redo something, like that silly mistake in Lakeside Limbo. it's possible to use just the hex editor, but TAS Movie Editor is way easier to use.

Dooty: Most of the frames I saved on the password/name select wasn't because I skipped entering a name, but that I scrolled through the letters faster. If you only press up/down to change letters, you won't be able to change every frame. But if you press up+right+up+right/down+left+down+left etc. you'll be able to change letter every frame. I personally find that entering a specific name is rather useless, but oh well.

The any% run may be helpful in some parts, at least.

Yeah, true. Hey I forgot, I made a TAS test of the 102 %(on the normal difficulty) some month ago, I stopped because I forgot something very far behin and I don't want to restart it... I'm about in the end of the second arena only. It's optimized and not optimized. Optimized because I took many times with timings and plan, and I made some very precise actions. Not optimized because I didn't look at the memory for the speed of my characters and sometimes, got Idea, but didn't do it because it was very far behind. I can post it later if someone are interested. I would need to know how to put it on the forum... PM me and say me how to post it here, please? And I can help you if you need some help on TASing this game.

Opinion is that neither ass: Each one has its own. I think Dixie is a good nickname for girls only.

Don't you need that for hard mode? What's the issue?

Well, TUFST needs to be put in, I think we're just discussing whether to use an author nickname (as the game asks you for a name after inputting TUFST) or to just hit start and use the default name Dixie. My stance, at least on this game, would be to use an author name because of the scoreboard at the end, but that's just ego speaking. It's obviously faster to just hit start.

Ok then, we will just input the code, the name will be Dixie, even if it's a gayish name...

what about putting "TAS" as the name? I think that's the most suited for TASes…

I did a test using the default name, but there's a horrible luck on the second bonus. (grab 15 bananas) I'll test ALAKTORN's idea to use TAS as a name then, let's see.

http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/804869513/tasniamek.smv There you are. I know it's not the best one, but still, is a test TAS. It won,t be longer than this, I stopped working on it. I'm working on another games.

Your welcome Dooty. If you have question, feel free to ask! I thought something: If the 55 pieces required are gathered before going to K2, I think it would be faster.

Why, exactly? I can't remember where / when the 55 coins are used...

Two things need to be bought with the silver coins: Mirror (50 coins) Shell (5 coins) Bazaar sells them both, and he's found right next to the first Save Cave you come across at the start of the game. I'd assume getting the coins before K3 means you can get the items at the same time as the Ski Boat
