are they aware that some sites( such as FCEU) are full of adeware according to siteadvisor.com,and a personal test. i think that they should at least put a warning,but are they even aware that it has spyware?

well,the site where you download FCEU has many adware filled downloads...

He probably means that he found FCEU on some site that has spyware. There are a gazillion sites that offer FCEU in all sorts of versions and what not. Probably the majority of tehm are hosted on such sites. "Ignore the spam on those sites and download it there if you must, or avoid these sites completely if possible" is my advice.
