I searched and couldn't find the same topic. Look: http://s187.photobucket.com/albums/x268/antdgar/?action=view&current=NewBitmapImage.jpg In the top right corner the image is half off the screen. This occurs in 3 web browsers; Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. My desktop resolution is 1680x1050

Is this picture part of the background ? If not, it might be possible put it into an endless table, with 2 rows one with the logo, and the second that takes the remaining space.

Yes, the logo is part of the background, the background repeats itself, and the background is 1600px wide. Of course the logo could be put into a separate image without the need for any "endless table" whatsoever, but there aren't many users who'll care anyway.

Another casualty of this design is you can see artifacts in the first post in the Topic Review. Those artifacts are simply the background image shining through the cracks in the table.
