Post subject: Broken links in the "Converting FCM To AVI In Windows" page

After reading through this post, I found two broken links on the Converting FCM To AVI In Windows page: 1. The link to the FFDshow codec, http://ffdshow.sourceforge.net/ is broken. It should be changed to http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow 2. The link to XViD Codec, http://www.koepi.org/ also seems to be broken, at least I didn't find any link to the XViD codec there. Perhaps it should be changed to http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/ or some other trusted site.

Xvid's current page is http://www.xvid.org/. The link on the page is now a landing page put up by some lame advertising site. It should be noted that compared to H.264, Xvid's quality and compression is a fair amount lower. Should the method to encode to Xvid still be there because of this?
