Bisqwit: You posted a ROM link. They are not allowed according to this site's rules. Even if it's a hacked game, it contains copyrighted commercial code.
Also, it's a not-accepted hack that has not been discussed prior to this submission. Your submission makes no attempt to explain why it should be accepted, so I'm thereby rejecting it.

To MY knowledge, this was a hack that the op made himself, and was basically one fight long... you're not missing much.
