I am having problems with the glide 64 naplam plugin. My computer has a nvidia geforce FX 5500 in it and whenever I try to use glide 64 naplam as my video plugin it crashes both project 64 and mupen. Rice's video 6.1.4 works fine on my computer but glide will not. I have installed the wrapper for it an configured it. The computer I play on at school runs glide fine. I believe the video card is a ATI raidon 9600. Is there any reason why it causes mine to crash at home?

Your card probably just doesn't support something that your schools card does. Could be memory, shader version, etc...

That's not good news because glide 64 works much better than rice's video I think.

I agree. In the Glide dialog try turning down all the settings and make sure you have the latest drivers.

Got it figured out, downloaded the newest driver and now it works. My compute got blue screen of death a few weeks ago so I had to reformat the hard drive and I guess when I reinstalled the driver I was using an old one from 2004. Updated to the july 2008 driver and its working like a charm. Thanks!
