I don't own a camera, so I can't make videos of my PSP games. The last option is... emulation. Is there any that work?

No. Wikipedia is a good search tool. PSP emulator is a good search for it.

I heard of an emulator that runs like one Bubble Bobble game, and that's it.

Failing onboard video recording, you can use cwcheat to take screencaps, or remotejoy to take (low framerate) video on your computer.
Kirby said so, so it must be true. ( >'.')>

PSP-3000 supports interlaced video out now. There is an official emulator, but Sony is not gonna give it to just anybody. ^^;;

Actually theres not, the article that you can find easy with google is not fake, but it doesnt work like they claim it does, it doesnt run any "rom", its part of the sdk and its nothing near a real emulator

if you have a custom firmware there is a program that allows you to display the image on you computer through a usb cable I used it to make this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-F11V4eUX18 frame rate is off but it may be improvable

I heard only two people are working on a PSP emulator and development goes awfully slow or something... I don't know if any of that is true, though.

Currently, the best PSP emulator out there it's JPCSP ( http://jpcsp.org/). The last version can be found here: http://www.4shared.com/dir/14991938/1780be/JPCSP.html I just don't know If it has save/load state options But If you own a PSP, you can just record using a homebrew

Sadly, my PSP-3000 cannot be hacked to use homebrew so I'm afraid I can't do any of this?

Interlaced video implies...? EDIT: According to wiki, it implies improving video quality.

It implies it can do video output now.

How, exactly? Implying that it can do something doesn't help, when this has been a rumor for lord knows how long and it's apparently a more well-kept secret than how to break into Fort Knox,

The PSP-3000 has S-Video out as far as I know... Hook that up to a DVD recorder, a capture card or something.
