So, been on Craigslist for a while now and come across some good things here and there. This is my best find. Picked this up for free (not free if you count the $16 i put in for gas) You also have "Super Mario Bros. 2 (aka The Lost Levels)" and "Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa (aka Baby Mario)," which I did not put in the listing because they are Chinese pirate carts. ~Dustin Graham This posting been deleted from craigslist[?] Back to Craigslist | Return to my account page Famicom A/V, Disk System, and games Cleaning out my collection. Just $50? You've got to be kidding me. It must be broken, or otherwise have some problems. Edit: Then again, those games are actually not that terribly exciting. Contra would be good for 2-player and Frogger could be fun to have at a workplace and have everyone compete/brag about high scores. But I would much rather have a MAME cabinet.

Hell, he could probably gut the thing and install the mame software. Shouldn't be too hard... and probably cheaper than trying to build it himself.

My college dorm had a MAME cabinet. From what I recall of the guy who did maintenance on it, the biggest issues were finding the right kind of display, and getting the controls hooked up to the computer that ran the thing.

I would love to build a MAME cabinet, even if it takes gutting out a crappy game to do that. :)

Craigslist? Oh yeah, everytime my roommate would go on that, I'd find my PC with a few rootkits...

You let your roomate look at your computer?! I would install noscript if you use mozilla. a pain in the ass when trying to load, say, flash or something... but really nice to stop all the shit you don't want. Such as google analytics!
