Towards DLH: This is a "normal" thing for today. A user who came on just spammed random nonsense and all the posts were removed and the account deleted. Things will return to normal when normal posts start appearing again. This is an occurring glitch the ones with the time stamp incorrect with no username, it's due to the user deleting their post before a new posts appears. It's something you wouldn't notice because someone would update that part, but with this massive spam it's quite visible.

Some posts were deleted from those forums (a vandal incident), and it was done in a quick-and-dirty manner. It will be fixed soon enough. Thanks for reporting it, though.

That seems to be due to the double obsoletion by that particular run. Probably not that important, really.

Considering double obsoletion. Yes, yes it is.

It's Super Metroid, obviously it's so important it has to be listed twice.

The real question is, why isn't it listed 3 to 5 times? Super Metroid is THAT awesome.

Hi, Here we are at last ! VicoV and me finished the last polishing touches for our run & submission tonight, and just as we anxiously hit the save button... We got an error.
Archive: /tmp/phpbDwHPx inflating: /tmp/nesvzip_1401499268_970/Saturn Bomberman.bkm error_handler: errstr=Division by zero errfile=/home/tasvideos/public_html/formats/bkm.php errline=74 Problems! No acceptable movie file found in the ZIP
The unzipped movie file works with BizHawk. We tried fiddling around with the file name and header lines to see if we could get it to work but to no avail. Here is a link to the ZIP file we're trying to submit. Any idea of what we could be doing wrong ? ---- Mod edit: Post was merged from another topic.

When I upload a BizHawk RAM .wch file to http://tasvideos.org/Addresses-64.html the Data Type is changed. All of my Floating Point Data Types become "doubleword" types.

I switched it back to "Floating-Point" for you.

Thanks Spikestuff. It does appear to be a site bug though that just uploading a .wch file changes to data types...

Yeah, probably a bug. No time estimate for even being looked at.

Hello, I got a fatal error when loading the moon list at least 3 times in a row. What I do: Movies -> moons
TASvideos wrote:

I was wondering why I get this.

That happens because it tries to display too many movies at once. (All moon-tier movies on the site is a pretty long list.) If it's going to be fixed, it's probably going to happen when the movie module would be overhauled entirely, And it'll probably still take quite a while before that happens.

Hello, I tried to upload the .bkm of my WIP of Asterix and The Great Rescue, but when I tried I got this message: <<< Can't parse movie (error from format parser) >>> Errors from the movie parser: error_handler: errstr=Division by zero errfile=/home/tasvideos/public_html/formats/bkm.php errline=74 I can't really understand it, it looks like there's a problem with the bkm format?
I problably made mistakes, sorry for my bad English, I'm French :v

It would be helpful to have the file for debugging. Can you upload it elsewhere? (e.g. at http://rghost.net)

I've contacted the coders of the site. I don't know yet what is going wrong. Edit: I've merged the topic into this one. Seems like Genesis and Saturn BKM submissions are not actually allowed yet (no implementation exists for that).

Genesis and Saturn .bkm movies are not supported right now. Someone having access to the site's parser code needs to implement that before it accepts your WIPs (I can't).

It appears that the site read his Genesis bkm as a Saturn bkm. Was that intended?

Would whoever implements this also be able to change the Dolphin dtm parser to calculate movie time from the frame count (0x015) instead of the VI count (0x00D)? This would be easier than the current method of having to manually edit each submission's displayed time.

[quote="CoolKirby" It appears that the site read his Genesis bkm as a Saturn bkm. Was that intended? [/url] No. But at least it works now. A fix for that weirdness is checked in but not deployed.
