hi TASVideos members
I finally finished one of the most complex submission I ever worked on. I started this on 28/12/2008 but I stopped 2 months later, trying to cool out after my poor performance in the last submission, trying to IMPROVE, searching videos to influence it. I started doing the TAS again in 16/03/2009, with great expectations, working on it until 29/06/09, and now it's finished =)

This blew my mind. This would allow me to consider you, Dark Fulgore, and VANDAL as the three users that knows how to take a fighting game and kill it! I cast the 35th Yes vote.

Very glitchy and some pretty good fights are in there. This is the most entertaining Mortal Kombat TAS I've seen. Period! It's an easy vote for Yes!

hah, what?

That was very entertaining. Though it's rather funny that the least interesting part of that run was the two boss battles.

I wasn't going to watch this, but then I saw all the yes votes. Now I understand why. Add me to the 'yes' list.

Definitely one of the better fighting game TAS's I've seen... too bad no disco ball though :)

Definitely on the same level of the MKII TAS, which happens to be one of my favorites. Voted yes.

My vote's a definite yes, but the brutalities seemed like a cop-out. I hope this isn't interpreted as a negative. This is seriously one of the best things I've seen in a very long time. Honestly, this is better than the MKII one and that's saying a lot. The part with Rayden summoning an arcade game followed by 370 degrees of craziness alone made it better than the MKII run, and there are two other parts just as mind-blowing as that.

derail:Brutalities are sort of meh when the focus is on fatalities- they seem like Ultra combos from KI, where the Ultimates were more Fatality-ish (though, in that, I rather thought they were more on an equal footing- probably because that game is built around having combos.) The run:I...wow. The very first match had me laughing, and I continued to want more each fight. Though I'm not particularly familiar with MKs (so wasn't entirely sure what was up with smoke, saibot, rain, ermac...) I agree with many: fatality on NW Rd 1 was a shocker and a great moment. *continues watchi-WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT O_O ...Okay. Second round much more so. Sort of slowed down in the second half, but still quite enough for a YES! Question: Which 3-cell (vs) codes are used when, and what do they do? Is this why there's a fatality option each round with Nightwolf?

How well does this game work with hex-editing? Say, if you were to go in and take out one or two of the brutalities and throw in a Babality or another funny friendship instead? I think that would turn an already great run into a classic run.

This is possible, but not used, why I have to repeat the same code to do this -/ So I thought the best use show reayden (nightwolf)
