I just got DeSmuME and I'm wondering how you can change it so it goes frame by frame when your making a movie. How do you do it?

Random guess: Look for an option called "Frame advance".

I'm not finding it, do I have the wrong emulator? It's DeSmuME 0.9.2-rr x86 SSE2.
