Hey guys. Me and Moltov are going to make a TAS of this game. If you guys have any information or tips regarding the TAS, please let us know. Right now we're discussing character usage and stage orders and what not. This game does have a leveling system. Levels appear to give you more strength and health. Most of the enemies we won't be stopping to kill, so mainly our levels will come from those EXP powerups. We havn't decided if it's worth it to grab them or not. Jumping is slower than walking slightly. Also, we're testing if bosses take less hits with the stronger character, because no numbers popup indicating damage. For normal enemies, you see numbers popup to tell you how much damage you have done, but in bosses, you do not. If anyone has some memory values to watch, that would be great. Me and Moltov aren't the most experienced with these things. Razor: Has a jetpack which can basically give you as much height as you want. It's really slow horizontally and has a little lag before gaining height. Tbone: Has more HP and much stronger than Razer. Has a gun which can blow up certain walls which contains a shortcut or powerups. There is 4 levels that you can do in any order, but we'll probably do the easier ones first so we can get levels as we progress for the harder levels.

boring to manipulate luck. also the bosses are too strong, its very hard to kill then. so you willneed to build up your power by increading your level for more power in other words, you cant skip all enemies, this is bad for a tas, you need to kill some

I remember playing this game, and I'd love to see a TAS.

What this person said, except replace 'playing' with 'watching' and 'game' with 'show.'
Why, oh, why do I even try to understand my own species?

Hi! I started working on this game for real-time runs, and made a fair bit of progress in diving into the major mechanics. I'll cover that later if anybody has interest, though. The main thing I want to bring up is a glitch I discovered last night that could potentially be used for ACE. Link to video In summary, the game doesn't have a way to handle hitting these particular enemies with flip-kicks, and leads to a variety of strange effects. I've gotten a lot of different things to happen from only slightly different setups. The degree to which it affects video is similar to another bug I encountered in the past for Dragon View, which overran nearly the entire memory space. I haven't taken time to look into the exact mechanics of this bug yet, but it looks promising for TAS use at least.
