Hi, I'm Onyx3173. I stumbled across this site about a month ago and have been pretty hooked since then watching a good 60-70 or more TASes. So far I've made attempts (albeit it poor ones) at TASing Super Mario Bros. My first one was literally just using savestate to speedrun it. I'm not sure if I'll ever get around to submitting or even finishing a TAS but I'm interested in trying to TAS Ys III- Wanderers from Ys, I found a copy of it at a Gamecrazy about four years ago and though it was pretty interesting but never could beat Galbalan. I'm looking forward to sticking around at least for a while before I get bored and disappear for a year or so.
I am a figment of my imagination.

Welcome to TASVideos, and please don't follow up on disappearing for a year, you'll find plenty of excitement! Especially in the sites IRC channel, more information of which can be found here. Either way, I'm glad to see that you haven't submitted the very first TAS you did on a whim when you registered (Unlike myself), and I hope you can net yourself a publishable TAS! As an introduction of myself to you, well... some say that I am constructing an evil plot involving TASVideos, some say that I am extremely insane, some even dare say that I am terrible at making stuff up about myself, all we know is, my name is Flygon. Feel free take a piece of watermelon, I have plenty to go around!

Lol, thanks for the welcome. I probably won't actually disappear for a year but I tend to get distracted or bored of things reasonably quick and then coming back to them months later. I'm not seeing myself getting bored here too quick though since everytime I've been bored recently I seemed to end up here watching a new TAS. (or rewatching an old one)
