Make large code blocks collapsible. In other words, if a code block is larger than a certain threshold, collapse it (using javascript) and add a button (like "show" or "expand") which expands it to its normal state. This way when people post large pieces of lua script, their post won't be miles long by default, and people can expand the code optionally.

A small feature request, in the movie page. On the Watch on youtube link. Can you open the link in a new window ? I guess it's a standard to open a new tab when a link goes outside the site.

Another option: Make large code blocks be inside scrollable areas. I have seen this solution in other (programming) forums. This way even large pieces of code won't make the size of the article on screen excessively large.

I'd rather the collapsible option, personally; sticking them inside scrollable boxes means that you're forced to only view as much of the script as fits inside the box, no more. Typically though people will either be reading the code (in which case they want to see as much as possible) or don't care at all about the code (in which case they'd want to collapse it).

I think inside scrollable which can be expanded to full size is the best of all worlds option. Now just need to figure out how to do it...

Ability to display all Movie Maintenance Log entries about single movie, filtering the rest out. Right now, if you know the movie you want to see log entries about, finding the entries seems to be almost impossible.

1. Controllable TASvideos banner game. 2. A button to hide Nach's posts. 3. Boss/Panic mode. 4. Nostalgia mode (turns all Site Manager usernames into "Bisqwit" and all avatars to Bisqwit's)

Sounds like a good idea.

Bisqwit already suggested this.

Make 'Quote' button quote only the text highlighted. EDIT: As we know, hundreds of PNGs make movie list pages very heavy for browser. Something like 'click = view screenshot' is needed, i think, as well as 'expand/collapse all screenshots'.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

Reduce clutter on Wiki Orphans page a bit: * Hide any page configured as user homepage from wiki orphans list (because all such pages are linked via Homepages list). * Hide any broken link entry from broken links list where referring page is in DeletedPages/ (such things usually aren't interesting).

You know what this place needs? A "Link to this post" button for individual posts. It's possible to do so, but the method is very obtuse. Just something to get the needed URL quickly and not have to manually assemble it would be great.

http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/9724/tasvideosnewpost.png This feature already exists. Also, I'm not single, what the crap is this site advert on about?! MOD EDIT: Wide embedded image changed to link. Don't do that.

Oh, it does? Thank you. Perhaps it should be made more apparent? *shrug* That's a lotta windows you have open there.

If someone embeds a very wide image on their post, it causes the entire page to become very wide, requiring horizontal scrolling to read people's posts, which is very annoying. I think something should be done to prevent this.

The kinda "new" [SIMG] tag should be used instead of the old ["IMG"] tag. Many forums use it these days

How does SIMG differ from IMG?

By doing some quick research I've found out SIMG automatically resizes the images to fit the screen, something that IMG doesn't.

I request that http://tasvideos.org/NewMovies.html be changed to exclude irrelevant updates, which are all too commonplace today. Rationale: Clicking the More... link on the front page under Latest Publications, I expect to see a logical extension to the list already provided. Instead, I'm treated to something that is rather difficult to find the-looking-for thing in. Or change the said More... link to lead to something that provides the relevant information in a manner that does not invoke a "eh, what is this, where's the information I wanted" response.

Perhaps it could be divided into two tabs: Additions and updates.

This has been bothering me for a while, so I might as well say it. Im requesing that the order of how the voting poll options be changed. It always confused me to no end why Meh is at the bottom. Shouldnt it be more like Yes then Meh then No? I think this would confuse a lot less people since it would be like a scale of sorts.

There is GameCube / Wii Games forum in spite of they haven't been accepted in this site yet. Why doesn't Playstation2 forum exist?

How close are we to having a working PS2 emulator? People are able to work on Gamecube/Wii TASes (if they're willing to put up with a still-in-development emulator), but I haven't heard of anyone being able to work on a PS2 TAS yet.

http://code.google.com/p/pcsx2-rr/ This is Acmlm's breakout of PCSX2 for rerecording. Last I heard, it wasn't even remotely sync stable. This may be what some of those videos used.
