i am trying to "casually" tas some n64 games for fun. when i was testing all of them to see if they worked, i came up with issues on 2 of the games. 1)paper mario has flickering issues, every 10-20 frames there is a flicker frame where it shows the backround, very annoying, 2)no inputs work on dk 64 (im using tas input plugin) when i ran both these games on pj64 they ran fine with the same plugins. can somebody help please? thanks

As far as I know Mupen64 has emulation issues with a number of games. Paper Mario does have flickering issues and DK64 doesn't work at all (only the Japanese version will actually let you play the game, but there are still issues I think). Nothing much can be done about this at the moment.

DK64 works fine with the (J) version, it's just the fact that it is emulated horribly doesn't make it as good for TASing just yet. Although some plugins for it do work better than others.
