Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies is the 9th entry in the Dragon Quest series developed by both Level-5 and Square Enix for the Nintendo DS. The first entry to support local and online multiplayer, its gameplay still follows the traditional battle system, with the noted difference that enemies are now visible on the overworld instead of being random encounters. This game follows the story of a Celestrian turned mortal named by the player, embarking on a quest on repairing the broken Starflight Express as well as the scatterd Fyggs and defeat the entity responsible.
GaRan completes the quest using only the hero in record time.
