Probably need to use the gloves from W1 on this boss, I can double hit him consistently, should save about 140f. Unless there's a way to get up to the lift by ground pounding the boss, but it doesn't seem like it.
Clipping in 6-4 is about 70f faster. Couldn't inhale both enemies from the top of the platform, it was close though, maybe I can get that working.

Very much fun going back to world 5 to kill an addionl enemy to cycle the RNG for an ~10f improvement in the first room of 6-1.

Another level down to one health bar. Abused lag and position error tolerance to do R/D pushdowns and multiple throws in one jump to get it down to it.
48 frames faster than v3 and totally 298 frames than published movie.
