Like the title says. This impoves the Easiest difficulty TAS by nearly 5 seconds, mostly (if not entirely) due to the harder/smarter AI tech rolling more often. This is specially notable with Shermie and Miss X. The rest is more of the same except for some more annoying, smarter AI from Shiki and Whip, who were not cooperating that much, having me to adjust the combo for them specifically. Leona was kind of the same, but it wasn't as bad. Shiki and Leona have slightly lower health for some reason so I can go for a slightly faster finisher. I get an item reward after the final match due to the higher difficulty.
In retrospect, the general strategy and move inputs are almost (and in some instances, completely) identical to the easiest difficulty, save for some mild annoyances in a couple of fights. That whole dialogue thing is still stressful but at least this was a faster TAS in the end...

Thankfully inserting the GBC version via Transfer Pak works here (thanks Multi-disk Bundler). Also tried to do a Time Trial on Indianapolis with Huey just to get used to the game and it's controls. The Ares64 core was used for this.

It barely beats the gold time with an IGT of 11.89 and I'm gonna be honest here, I'm pretty skeptical about this time since it's barely faster than the gold. Am I missing something? Is there a way to make much tighter turns without slowing down too much? Is it just because of my spacing between all the cones? I'm not entirely sure right now. There's no RTA equivalent for these levels, only the main Championship levels, so I'm doing this with little to no info.

I finished the second lesson (15.14 in-game time now, managed to save a couple of frames) and after this lesson, the game is going to get a bit harder to TAS, hoping for the best, I have a 12 second time to beat.

This is a WIP for Mickey's Speedway USA for the Game Boy Color. This TAS aims for the fastest in-game times instead of real time. Right now it beats the first of 5 classes in 14.82 seconds. Minnie was chosen due to her great handling and fast acceleration (Daisy has the same stats). Compared to someone like Pete/Goofy who was slower by only a few frames despite the high top speed. Perhaps Mickey/Donald is faster in the first 2 classes, but I know for a fact that the other 3 are going to be a pain in the butt for him. In the regular grand prix mode it's the opposite case, since you're going through an obstacle course here pretty much. The slightly slower top speed is actually a benefit since it gives you more room for much tighter turns, and fast acceleration is important to gain your top speed earlier after stopping and driving in reverse too.
EDIT: On second thought, Mickey might be the slowest after some more testing by like a full second. LOL

This is a TAS of a SpongeBob Flash game based of the TV special of the same name. This movie forgoes the use of an in-game code that unlocks a power up that by grabbing it, performs a fast super jump that breaks through blocks and at a higher altitude. It's potentally faster to use this compared to not using the in-game code.
Because of this detail, I'm not sure if I should submit this.

This was a sync disaster. And it's all the fault of the first fish boss. It just keeps changing it's attacking pattern no matter what. It used to sync the first couple of times, but if I tweak just one setting or try to record video, it just desyncs. It's a big shame.

This is an improvement to the old 2020 TAS. It saves considerable time over the current publication thanks to resetting the game when the sports event begins instead of pausing the game to skip them. Also my positioning when talking to Howdy is shifted to the left so I walk a shorter distance after clearing the textboxes.
All of this was discovered by Japanese runner Hideseek72.
Currently though I'm stuck at resyncing the rest of the TAS from when Bijou starts walking into the room.

This was made to test a weird thing that happens in this game on the Genplus-gx core. The game can crash once you collect a KONG letter. It didn't THIS TIME when I collect it in this movie. But when not recording a movie, when I collect a letter, the game freezes!!! This doesn't happen in any other emulators I've tried, incluing BlastEm, Gens, and even Kega Fusion.

This is an improvement to my POWA! TAS by nearly 1 second. World 1-3 specifically was improved. 2-2 was improved by 1 frame. The new final in-game time is now 10:33.

Can't continue this on BizHawk due to the mission itself freezing the game after a certain point. Same happens on real hardware, so this is only possible on DeSmuME. ...and, uh... i don't wanna lmao
