Finally something I make that's submittable! If you take out the SEGA logo in the intro this actually beats the currently published SNES run!
Last input is on frame 1666 while the movie ends at 1667, so I guess the time could actually be considered 27:806.
When making this I actually got fantastic RNG on my first go. So much so that I think this could only be improved by 1~2 frames, provided you manipulate the area where Mustard committed the murder and his weapon.
