The reason why is because of some .bin sanitizer feature where you don't need a .cue file. I tried syncing on it on the stable branch and the results are even worse. It freezes up my entire computer much sooner.
I'm also using linux. Did you use windows to encode it?
Not exactly sure what's the point of that feature when you can download the cuesheets from Redump legally: http://redump.org/disc/7271/http://redump.org/disc/7272/ (and Multi-Disk Bundler works on them too). If it still freezes, then idk, ~~that NVIDIA GPU is probably activating /hj~~ turns out it's just the feature itself lmao
