This is a very unoptimized LOTAD of the 7-1 warp using score bubbles to write the payload, and JMP ($FE1B) -> $078D to execute it.
The indirect jump instruction takes minimal work to set up, and can be done without ever moving upwards through any pipes in 7-1.
