Improvement for #9901: ktwo's NES The Simpsons: Bart vs. the World in 07:15.35:
- A technique for increasing the movement speed was noticed in deign's Bart vs Space Mutants TAS. With shared movement mechanics, the same technique could be directly used in Bart vs the World as well. This represents the bulk of the improvement.
- During the process of synching the TAS with the new movement technique, minor improvements were implemented throughout.
