Introduction
This is the next episode after my other movie (#10255: eien86's PC Grand Theft Auto 2 "Downtown, all missions" in 31:31.617), this time playing on the Residential area, contested between the Zaibatsu, the Redneck, and the Scientists gangs. This movie was made by hand, with its route completely based on that of the current RTA WR by Molotok.
For the keen eyed, a few important questions will arise. Here are the answers.
Q: Why "kill bosses" and not "all missions
A: Unlike the other areas, the "Residential" area is full of game-breaking glitches. One of them, "mission duping", makes one of the missions (Distraction Action!) count twice towards the Redneck mission counter. This means that the final mission "kill bosses" will activate one mission before you complete all of them.
I realize this bug happened early on, but thought *maybe* I would be able to complete the last Redneck mission after the kill bosses one. Turns out this is not possible, meaning there is a mission (Benson Burner!) I cannot possibly finish. Instead of losing dozens upon dozens of work hours and amazing execution, I decided to simply recategorize this movie. Under this category, the dupe bug can be even considered an optimization because it removes one mission as requirement for the final one.
In spite of the missing mission, the game recognizes all missions from Zaibatsu, Scientists and Rednecks as completed (and says so conspicuously) and enables the final mission as a result. After killing them bosses, I then exit the level for completeness-sake.
For anybody bothered by this, I apologize, but given the limited amount of time I have IRL, and for the sake of my mental health and enjoyment, it is just unrealistic to rollback so much work. I hope you enjoy the 95% of the movie that is exactly equal to the "all missions" goal. C'mon, I even blow up a whole train for extra entertainment! ;)
Q: What are those codes you insert at the beginning? Are you a cheetah!?
A: They are "Gouranga" and "TumyFrog". The first enables cheat codes altogether. The second one unlocks all the areas in the game. I need this to select the "Residential" area right away without the need of a verification movie. This makes it much easier for me, as author, and for all staff members in charge of processing this movie. This movie has no other codes or unfair advantages (other than bugs) used.
Q: How come you don't take any damage? Are you reaaally not a cheeeetaaaah?
A: After the "Valdez Alert!" mission, the game bugs out and you become invincible. The only way to die (and presumably lose this advantage) is to explode within a car, or fall into water.
Q: In "Distraction Action!", the RTA WR uses a jump glitch to enter the police station. Why do you use a car?
A: Because the version I am using (free one distributed by Rockstar) fixes this glitch. If it detects you are over a certain altitude, it force-drops you. There is yet another way to activate this glitch by using all the flamethrower ammo and transitioning to the molotov, but I have full ammo at that point and it would take about a minute to spend all the flame fuel.
Comparison Movie
Here's a comparison video between this run and the current "all missions" RTA WR by Molotok. The goal and execution is the same until the very last mission.

nymx: Dropping this. I'm a little burnt out right now trying to constantly figure new environments out.
