Tapper, also known as Root Beer Tapper, is a 1983 arcade game released by Bally Midway. Tapper puts the player in the shoes of a bartender. The player must serve eager, thirsty patrons before their patience expires while collecting empty mugs and tips.
Here, Spikestuff completes two loops of the game (which is the point where the difficulty stops increasing) in record time.
We also have runs of the Arcade and Commodore 64 versions.

Note: There is also a lossless encode available in the discussion thread.
