room12: Medal 3-mai (room12 メダル３枚, Room 12: The Three Medals) is the twelfth game in indie developer Ichima's Escape Room game series. In this game, you are trapped in what appears to be yet another cafe. This time, this cafe has more home-styled decor and is filled with trinkets like medals. These trinkets are again key to getting out of the cafe and learning what the codes to each puzzle are.

Spikestuff in this run knows where all the items are and what all the codes are and escapes from the cafe, probably wishing that they took the medals with them.
