Set in a post-apocalyptic New York, Double Dragon Advance is an enhanced port of the arcade original. It follows the story of Billy and Jimmy Lee, twin brothers trained in the fighting style of Sou-Setsu-Ken. Together, they manage a small martial arts training school, teaching their students in self-defense.

This time, zoboner rescues Miriam with both Billy and Jimmy in a unique mode (1P Double Dragon Game) allowing the player to alternate between both by pressing Select.
