Tic-Tac-Toe, also known as Noughts and Crosses, is a simple paper-and-pencil game and one of the quickest "solved" games (i.e. a game that can be correctly predicted from any position). This version of the game for the SNES was made by a homebrew developer by the name of Tim Soft. It allows for two players to compete against each other or the option to play against an AI opponent with an adjustable difficulty.
FractalFusion and Spikestuff for this run plays a single level of tic-tac-toe against an opponent set on hard and beats it in seconds.
