Samsara: Claiming for judging.
Samsara: As several people in the thread have pointed out, this movie is significantly slower than our current any% record, as well as significantly slower than over 1500 RTA runs, as well as significantly slower than your own rejected SMB1 All-Stars run. With SMB1 being arguably the most TASed game of all time, deep knowledge about it is everywhere, and as a result standards for the game are extremely high, to the point where even single frame losses(1) may warrant optimization rejections.
To quote myself from the last time I judged a submission of yours: "Every frame counts. There should be no visible mistakes or suboptimal movements anywhere in the run, let alone within the first minute. It may take thousands, even tens of thousands of re-records, but have patience and you will achieve incredible results." I would highly recommend reaching out to the community for help, utilizing Userfiles to gather advice and learning how to properly optimize a TAS as a result.
