Sherlock is a RomHack of Batman for the NES. This hack features new level design, story, sprites and other changes.
This tool assisted speedrun aims to achieve the fastest time by optimising movement and boss fights, it also takes damage and performs glitches wherever necessary.
Fighting enemies, bosses and optimising movement in new areas was fun.
About a year ago I created TAS of another hack "The Crow" by same romhacker, I wish I could submit that too but unfortunately I lost that TAS because my SSD failed few months ago so that TAS is gone.

CoolHandMike: This hack can be found on RHDN, or for however long that site will still be up, but for now the hack is easily accessible. The hack transforms at least some part of each level despite some parts remaining the same. While I would have liked to see something even more transformative for Batman, this does change things up some to provide a somewhat different experience to the original game. Optimization looks good and the game does sync to the end.
