You unlock the top shelf with the key, and use the screwdriver in the top right of that shelf.
You get the code RLRRL, and take it to the chest.
Unlocking the chest it tells you (in Japanese) to look at the Chair, Box, Door and Chest in that order.
Blue, Yellow, Brown, Red
